How do I clean the toilet with no brush?

I'm doing some (late) spring cleaning, and the toilet needs to be cleaned. I have a clorox toilet wand, but I just realized I'm out of the refills for it, and I have no toilet brush, and my son's napping so I don't want to wake him up to go to the store. How do I clean the toilet without a toilet brush?
