If it is the small pamphlet from the DVD that is The Noble Collection. I would try contacting them or looking on their website a href="http://www.noblecollection.com/" rel="nofollow"http://www.noblecollection.com//a and see if they can help you out. I'd assume there is a way you could get it back. I've ordered things from them before and contacted customer service and they were really helpful!
