Primary Source: Nuclear Power?

I am perusing primary source documents that have to deal with nuclear technology. What I would really like is a primary source that deals with how the development of nuclear power as an energy source has stemmed from the United States, if it has. Basically I am looking for the impact the U.S.A. has had on nuclear power. Does anyone know of a speech or report on this topic, or something like that? It just has to be a primary source.
